Usually Chandler gets up with Brandon in the mornings around 7. He comes into our room with a bright "Good morning daddy!" and then starts complaining about going down stairs and wanting cereal... marshmallow cereal. Brandon usually goes down poors him some cereal and then comes back upstairs and continues getting ready for school while Chandler eats marshmallows and watches what ever play house disney has lined up for him.
When Brandon returns down stairs for his own marshmallows there is usually a conversation that goes like this:
"NOOOO!! Mickey Mouse!"
"Chandler, I want to watch basketball." Brandon has obviously changed the channel to sports center.
"Mickey Mouse!"
"Basketball!"
"Mickey Mouse!"
"Basketball!"
My confession? This is one of my favorite parts of the day. Laying in bed listening to them argue over the TV. It feels so real, like a real family.
Brandon usually wins. Then he leaves and Mickey Mouse is returned.

Haha! That is awesome! I am too out of it in the mornings to notice Daniel leave most of the time!!
So funny that is what our house is like, just before dad leaves and whenever he gets home... Thank goodness the playoffs are almost over :)
